  • Damp external wall to save on costs the client will remove 3 out of 4 of the walls backing plaster

  • Walls and ceiling not smooth enough to paint

  • Wooden lintel has been fitted to the fireplace - client wanting a modern clean look and also to add a wall mounted TV to the fireplace

What we did

  • External wall - stud wall and moisture resistant plaster board fitted

  • Over board ceiling

  • Plasterboard walls using dot and dab

  • Thermal board used on the chimney internal walls

  • Walls primed where existing plaster has been left on the walls

  • All walls and ceiling plastered
