  • A property that had been untouched for years and was in need of some much required TLC

  • The bedrooms had suffered with damp issues and were also very cold 

  • In the living room the gas fire was taken out and a new stove was being fitted

  • Popped/blown plaster was removed and backing plaster was applied this was also applied around the skirting lines

  • The bay windows had insulated plasterboard fitted to the ceilings and walls

  • All the ceilings where over boarded and all walls primed ready for plastering

  • The  living room/kitchen had a false beam that was raised

  • Fireplace was been rebuilt

  • All the rooms where plastered
